Paweł Lipski is an attorney at law and a partner at Wierzbowski Eversheds Sutherland, heading the firm’s intellectual property and new technologies practice. 

He specializes in intellectual property law. He also handles matters of Internet law, consumer law, litigation, advertising and contract law. He has over 10 years of experience providing legal advice to businesses.
He supports clients in litigation, proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the EU Intellectual Property Office, negotiations, due diligence projects, and development of intellectual property management strategies. He works for leading Internet platforms, retailers, and producers of advanced IT systems. He has particular experience advising on matters of online legal infringements, including high-profile cases of legal violations by users of hosting services.
He has represented companies in many criminal and civil proceedings regarding infringement of intellectual property rights. He has advised dozens of Internet startups on legal compliance of their business models.
He is the co-creator of the intellectual property blog IP w sieci. He regularly speaks at conferences on intellectual property and new technologies. He is a member of the International Trademark Association.
For many years he has been recommended by the prestigious legal directories Chambers and Legal 500 in the field of intellectual property.
He completed postgraduate studies in copyright law with honors at King’s College London.
