Public Procurement
We provide legal advice to contractors and contracting authorities at every stage of the procurement process and contract performance.
Our team has worked on complex procurement projects for IT and new technologies, energy, road and rail infrastructure, pharmaceutical, medical, and defense contractors. We have particular experience in projects related to implementation and maintenance of IT and telecommunications systems and supply of IT equipment.
We have worked for many years in various areas for companies from these sectors, giving us a comprehensive understanding of the specifics of their business and enabling us to provide them with strategic advice.
We handle disputes arising from contracts concluded under the Public Procurement Law. With numerous successes, we represent clients before the National Appeal Chamber and the state courts. We advise startups on entering the public procurement market.
We gladly share our knowledge on public procurement law by organizing workshops and publishing our EuroZamówienia blog, where we address issues relevant to all participants in the public procurement market.
