Energy, Natural Resources and Utilities
Our lawyers have been involved in energy maters since Romania begun privatising its major utilities and energy producers and continued to be involved as international players came to the market. We recognize that a solid understanding of industry issues is crucial to providing practical legal advice that moves a deal or the solving of a particular legal problem forward. In addition to our constant commitment to a thorough understanding of the relevant businesses, we are maintaining and developing close contacts with relevant governmental and regulatory authorities, thus being able to keep abreast of new regulations and practices on issues relevant to the industry and our clients.
Our attorneys gained valuable exposure in dealing with some of the largest energy and utilities providers in the world, with key players in natural resources and sector-specific services as well as with the government and municipalities.
