Our experience includes negotiating and drafting all types of real estate contracts - this includes the acquisition, asset management, lease, construction, development, planning and financing of real estate projects. We advise on the sale and purchase of private real estate, but as well on complex transactions of office and commercial properties or extensive real estate portfolios, both in the context of asset and share deals. Our range of services includes comprehensive legal due diligence as well as contract negotiations. Further we represent clients in all kinds of real estate litigation and arbitration as well as administrative proceedings.

  • Advising a Korean investment trust on the acquisition of the Porr Tower, a 22-floor office building (20.000 m²)
  • Acting for one of the leading lingerie companies in drafting franchise- and licensing contracts as well as lease agreements for outlets and shop-in-shop concepts
  • Advising a German investment fund regarding the acquisition of a commercial property including a hotel, office building and shopping center (Value: approx. 110 Mio. €)
  • Providing advice to a property developer on the development and financing of a premium 23.000 sqm student home project (630 rooms; ) in Vienna by a share deal and its sale
  • Providing advice on its substantial real estate and leasing portfolio to one of Austria’s TOP5 banks
  • Acting for Austria’s second largest food retailer about different lease agreements and real estate litigation regarding its supermarkets
