Dispute Resolution
Our team has a wealth of experience in both bringing and defending claims on behalf of clients before all Belgian courts and is able to handle the largest and most complex disputes faced by our clients.
Eversheds Sutherland takes an approach to handling disputes that differs from our
competitors. We are a pragmatic and relationship-orientated firm and we are helping to define what modern contentious legal advice should entail. So we work day-to-day with our clients to keep them informed, forewarned and protected. We focus on obtaining the best practical outcome for our clients. That means providing you with a strategy that will meet your goals in any given situation.
We will present you with the options available (including mediation and arbitration), offer our recommendation, then manage the case all the way down the line, adjusting the strategy to deal with changing circumstances. This project management approach has been proven to get better results for our clients and enables them to control costs and minimise the amount of time management has to spend dealing with litigation.
