Tax law

The Belgian tax group navigates through the constantly evolving legislation and jurisprudence to identify risks and provide client-focused solutions with maximum tax efficiency.

We have substantial experience in assisting a diverse client base, including multinational and domestic corporations, financial institutions, investment funds, high net worth individuals, and start-ups.

The Belgian tax group routinely provides advice on a wide range of corporate operations and fiscal subjects, such as international tax, financial services tax, real estate tax, VAT, registration duties, and local taxes. We further advise international groups on the tax-efficient incentivization of their employees, salary split mechanisms, and other employment tax aspects. As an active member of Eversheds Sutherland’s International Tax Group, we offer clients a seamless multi-jurisdictional tax advisory service in English, Dutch, and French.
