2 Withdrawing an assignment and the term of an assignment

Our consumer client is entitled to withdraw an assignment by notifying us of this within 14 days from our confirmation of the assignment.

If the client wishes to withdraw an assignment, the client must inform us of this using the attached withdrawal form or otherwise in writing.

The assignment will be attended to only after the aforementioned withdrawal period ends, unless the client expressly by email or in an otherwise verifiable way requests that the processing of the assignment is commenced earlier.

If the client has requested for the assignment to be attended to before the withdrawal period ends and withdraws the assignment, the client shall pay reasonable compensation for the work done on the assignment before the notice of the withdrawal. The client shall have no right to withdraw the assignment if it has already been completed in its entirety.

Once both parties have fulfilled their obligations under the assignment, the commission relationship ends without separate termination. In addition, the client is entitled to end the assignment with immediate effect at any time without stating any reason.
