Eversheds Attorneys Ltd. has pursued a successful growth path to become one of Finland’s largest law firms, and we are now a trusted provider of legal services to various industrial and business sectors. We operate in six cities in Finland: Helsinki, Hämeenlinna, Jyväskylä, Oulu, Tampere and Turku.

Our services cover all fields of corporate and business law, with a particularly strong focus on transactions and M&A, corporate law, dispute resolution, TMT, IPR, insolvency and Real Estate. Besides our core services for business, we also serve notable public sector clients and private individuals. Clients often entrust us with some of their most complex and challenging legal assignments. We collaborate and share clients and legal work with an extensive network of international law firms, particularly through various professional affiliations and our memberships within legal networks.

For more than half a century, our subsidiary and specialist IPR arm Heinonen & Co has provided internationally distinguished IPR expertise and worldwide registration services for trademarks and registered designs, together with advisory and protection services for domain names and other forms of intellectual property.
