We represented the sellers of Porin Leipä Oy in a corporate transaction

    The traditional family business Porin Leipä Oy in Satakunta was sold to a new owner, Leipomo Rosten Oy. We represented the sellers in the transaction.

    Porin Leipä Oy celebrated its 75th anniversary this year and is a major employer in Pori.

    The buyer is the Turku-based Leipomo Rosten Oy, a family business owned by the Meltovaara family, which has been operating for more than eight decades. Leipomo Rosten Oy is a part of the Leipomo Rosten Group. Before the current acquisition, the bakery group’s turnover was approximately EUR 30 million and it employed some 200 professionals in the sector.
