We represented Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy in two corporate transactions

    We represented Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy in its acquisition of the shares of Jolaka Oy, operating in Lahti, and of Isännöintipalvelu E. Suomela Oy, operating in Oulu.

    Oiva Isännöinti aims to thoroughly change the building management business and challenge the market with transparency, straightforward local service and modern tools.

    Partner Heikki Tuomela, Senior Associate Linda Miettinen and Associate Else Leppänen were responsible for the assignment.
