We advised Pronius Oy in transaction

    We acted as the seller's financial and legal advisor in an assignment in which Boreo plc acquired the entire share capital of the target company Pronius Oy. Pronius Oy is owned 100% by Leechland Oy.

    Pronius is an importer of Fronius Perfect Welding welding equipment in Finland.

    Boreo is a Finnish listed company that owns, acquires and develops B2B-businesses in Northern Europe.

    Partner Antti Husa was responsible for the assignment. The team also included Senior Operations Manager Antti Liimatainen, Project Manager Santeri Vaattovaara and Specialist Counsel Tiina Koivisto.
