We represented Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy in a corporate transaction

We represented Oiva Isännöinti Group Oy in its acquisition of the entire stock of the Pori-based Sakipa Oy Isännöinti.

Oiva Isännöinti is expanding its operations to the Satakunta region, and Pori is the tenth locality to have an Oiva Isännöinti branch.

The aim of Oiva Isännöinti is to thoroughly reform the building management business and offer transparent, straightforward and local service.

With the latest transaction, the turnover of Oiva Isännöinti will increase to approximately EUR 22 million per year.
