We are also thoroughly conversant with core areas of international mercantile and contract law, such as competition and intellectual property law. We specialise in resolving international business claims and disputes. In addition, we assist our clients in international receivables collection if needed.

We assist , negotiate, prepare and draft all of the contractual instruments that are required when international trade forms part of a client’s overall business operation.
