Commercial law in France

Our team based in Paris is an active member of our international consumer goods and retail team. They combine local technical and cultural expertise with an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities for consumer goods companies and retailers across the region having acted for many international retailers worldwide. We regularly act on the design, drafting, implementation, enforcement, roll-out and termination of distribution agreements, franchise agreements, master franchise agreements, development agreements, umbrella agreements, and sub franchise agreements, agency, joint ventures, concessions and IP licensing agreements all around the world.

When a dispute turns to Court, we combine our commercial and distribution law expertise with that of our litigation colleagues, to provide a seamless service. We also provide practical advice on dispute avoidance when relevant.
