We offer a full range of legal services to a variety of clients ranging from the operators of classified facilities for the protection of the environment (ICPE) to project developers in the renewable energy sector, real estate developers and sponsors, and investment funds.

Multi-disciplinary expertise : Environmental law is a cross-disciplinary area of the law and a mixture of public law and private law. The same goes about renewable energy law. Around a certified specialist in Environmental Law, we have built up a team with expertise in various areas (public law and regulatory, planning, real estate, project financing and contractual arrangements, insurance), who shall be able to meet all of your needs, whether in relation to advice or to litigation.

A separate practice : Beyond standard work we do to support M&A transactions (disposals of industrial assets, wind farms, or solar power plants), our clients specifically apply to us for our expertise in environmental law. We are in touch with Environment and Real Estate Managers in French and international groups on a day-to-day basis.

Expertise in Africa : In the renewable energy sector in particular, we have unique experience in the development of renewable energy infrastructure in Africa. Said experience comes on top of the work we do for our clients in France. Our client base includes institutional investors, international organisations, developers, power producers, and investment funds.

An innovative approach : for cost transparency and predictability through our “Project Management” approach and project monitoring tools such as “Deal Track”.
