Together with our colleagues in the corporate finance team, we advise banks and companies on all debt matters. This includes all typical forms of debt finance, mezzanine finance, structured finance as well as asset-backed securities and alternative models such as finance leasing and factoring.

We are well experienced in structuring and negotiating acquisition finance and, together with our tax experts, we also render any relevant tax advice.

We advise on project, real estate and corporate finance which often relates to very significant investments. This comprises the financing of the acquisition of large industrial and commercial real estate as well as real estate portfolios and the development of major real estate projects.

Our lawyers advise on syndicated loans, refinancing and the transfer of loans, including transfer of non/sub performing loans. Among our clients are a number of reputable international banks as well as major investment and project development companies.
