Eversheds Sutherland Advises Arachas on Hooper Dolan Group Purchase

Leading global law firm Eversheds Sutherland is pleased to have acted for Arachas on its conditional purchase of the Hooper Dolan Group, one of Ireland’s larger independent insurance groups headquartered in Waterford. The deal is subject to CCPC approval.

Arachas is Ireland’s largest nationwide insurance broker.

Eversheds Sutherland has acted for Arachas since the backing of its MBO by Sovereign Capital over five years ago. Its teams have worked through various acquisitions for Arachas up to its sale last year to the joint funds of Madison Dearborn and HPS; two large PE houses that have created the Ardonagh Insurance Group that Arachas is now a part of.
