Today, leading global law practice Eversheds Sutherland LLP is delighted to announce the expansion of its commercial litigation and real estate offerings as it joins forces with Dublin-based Kenny Solicitors. The move will bolster Eversheds Sutherland LLP’s full service, multidisciplinary offerings and expertise, to meet the growing demand for litigation and real estate services from its growing domestic and international client base.

Kenny Solicitors is one of Ireland’s leading private client legal firms. It is a full-service commercial firm specialising in property, commercial agreements and commercial litigation, which has amassed a large and prestigious client base ranging from publicly listed companies to some of Ireland’s most well-known business leaders.

Kenny Solicitors' team of lawyers, led by Principal Graham Kenny, will become part of the Eversheds Sutherland LLP’s team in Ireland of over 300 talented professionals. Graham became a new Partner in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Practice Group, with effect from the 1st of June 2022, and his team will have a specific focus on insolvency, restructuring, commercial litigation and real estate matters.

Before founding Kenny Solicitors, Graham worked as a commercial solicitor in one of the top five largest firms in the country and as a Partner in another successful Dublin law firm. He has represented parties in some of the largest commercial cases to ever come before the Courts in Ireland and regularly advises leading domestic and international companies on commercial agreements, corporate finance and regulatory issues. Graham has also been a lecturer for The Law Society of Ireland for its Higher Diploma in Corporate Recovery and Insolvency.
