Eversheds Sutherland Ireland was delighted to provide pro bono legal advice to the Migrant Rights Centre Ireland (MRCI) on the formation of The Great Care Co-op.

MRCI has worked with people employed in care since 2001, campaigning for rights through the Domestic Workers Action Group.

The Great Care Co-op launched on 23 July. It is Ireland’s first care workers cooperative, led by migrant women and funded under the European Social Funds Women’s Entrepreneurship Stream.
