The webinar was jointly presented by Eversheds Sutherland real estate professionals with expertise in the jurisdictions of Ireland, Northern Ireland, England, Wales and Scotland.

Moderated by Marie O'Riordan, Real Estate Partner in Dublin, the discussion looked at what is happening on the ground in these jurisdictions and the significant similarities and differences that tenants and landlords need to be aware of.
