Visit to the TY students of Mount Carmel Secondary School, King’s Inn Street, for International Women’s Day with Domini Kemp – March 2015

As part of ESW’s involvement with the Early Learning Initiative, we hosted a lively and interactive International Women’s Day talk for female Transition Year students in Mount Carmel Secondary school, King’s Inn Street, Dublin 1, encouraging the students to see themselves as potential entrepreneurs/women in senior positions in their chosen careers. Prominent food writer and restaurant owner, Domini Kemp, spoke to the students about her own experiences and views about the qualities needed to run your own business.

Eversheds Sutherland hosts an ESW event with Frances Fitzgerald T.D. – November 2014

Minister for Justice and Equality, Frances Fitzgerald, T.D., addressed the inaugural meeting of the Eversheds Women’s Leadership Initiative at our office. Minister Fitzgerald shared her insights into her career path in politics, her role models, the advantages of having a strong female representation in politics and the importance of strong women leaders to our country’s future success, after which Pamela O’Neill hosted a lively and interesting Q&A with guests.
