Eversheds Sutherlands' dedicated Construction & Projects Team provides professional advice to clients involved in the construction, development, financing and management of large scale engineering and building projects.

Members of the unit work closely with the practice's real estate and banking professionals in order to provide a turnkey service to clients in the sector. The group is organised into the following key specialties:

Projects / PPP

In projects and PPP we advise promoters, sponsors, financiers and public bodies involved in infrastructural projects. Our comprehensive range of services includes advising on all aspects of the procurement, negotiation, financing, build and operation of large-scale projects including Public Private Partnerships. The team works across a range of sectors including energy, transport and waste management.

Construction Contracts

Our Construction & Projects Team advises clients on issues relating to the structuring, negotiating, drafting and pricing of all forms of construction contracts. Clients include employers, banks and financial institutions, consortium members and professional service providers. When contracts are in place, the team provides advice throughout the various construction phases.

Construction Disputes

The nature and complexity of construction disputes has greatly increased in recent years, making it more important than ever to have lawyer advice at hand. Our construction litigation professionals work closely with the firm's Real Estate Department to represent employers, contractors, sub-contractors and professional services firms in construction litigation, arbitration, conciliation, mediation and adjudication.

Real Estate
