Our dedicated employment law team provides assistance to clients in navigating this increasingly complex area of law. We recognise that good employer / employee relationships are key to business success and we provide proactive and strategic advice on all aspects of the employment relationship.
We believe in the importance of understanding each client’s specific employment and labour relations culture and our priority is to provide practical, pragmatic and client-centred solutions.
We advise clients on legal issues arising throughout the life cycle of the employment relationship, beginning at the recruitment stage, including interviews, employment contracts, handbooks and policies.
