Eversheds Sutherlands' Health and Safety group has a wide range of experience in investigating, defending and managing all aspects of Health and Safety law.

The group works closely with our Eversheds Sutherland International colleagues and many of our largest international and domestic clients, focusing on good health and safety governance as well as compliance through clear workplace strategies and the successful practical management of critical risks helping them deliver the safest environment for staff and those affected by the operation of their business.
