Our Planning and Environmental Group comprises lawyers with experience in planning and environmental law who work closely with the practice’s advisory teams who focus on construction and projects, health and safety regulation, competition law, dispute resolution, property acquisition and EU law.
Our lawyers have in depth experience of the full range of environmental issues and provide professional environmental advice and representation wherever you do business and across all sectors.

We provide the full range of environmental planning, compliance and regulatory services, including:
- investigations by the EPA and other environmental and energy regulators and by planning authorities;
- performing environmental due diligence exercises for purchasers and vendors of assets;
- planning permission applications and other, IPPC and waste licence applications and associated oral hearings;
- assisting clients in criminal prosecutions by regulatory authorities, associated civil claims, judicial reviews, planning injunctions, CPO’s;
- health and safety in the context of infrastructure projects.
