Product liability and product recall

In an expanding global economy, product liability issues are rarely solely a matter for one legal jurisdiction only.  Arising from the enhanced international dimensions of product liability cases and Eversheds’ unique international offering, we believe our team is uniquely placed to work with clients in close association with the Eversheds network worldwide in a manner no other law firm can offer.  We have defended large scale complex litigation in the Irish High Court of matters relating to product liability and also have experience in assisting clients in a number of other European jurisdictions through our Eversheds’ network. 

We represent clients in public and regulatory inquiries in respect of product liability issue and have advised domestic and international clients on product safety and product recall matters and regularly work closely with the National Consumer Agency in domestic product recall and RAPEX product recall matters.
