This experience ensures quick response times, dedicated advice and cost effectiveness for clients.

We are the only full service international law practice in the Irish market. Investigations, inquiries and public law litigation is a core practice area for the international team. The international investigation and inquiries team is made up of over 200 lawyers worldwide and is able to mobilise dedicated resource on a scale and at a speed few can match. Our work includes internal investigations and self reporting, collation of evidence and documents production, inquiries led by external authorities and advising in any consequential Criminal and Civil proceedings.

The Eversheds Sutherland International Inquiries and Investigation team (specifically the UK and Ireland Team) has acted as Solicitor to the Inquiry in several major inquiries including the Bloody Sunday Inquiry, Shipman Inquiry, Leveson Inquiry and the Jersey Independent Care Inquiry. The team has advised clients in relation to many internal investigations, regulatory and disciplinary proceedings and public inquiries.
