Property Occupiers / Corporate Transactions

We have the capability, the people and the tools to project manage large and complex corporate transactions and to efficiently deal with the day to day requirements of asset and portfolio management across our network of offices in multiple jurisdictions.

Real Estate Investment

For most investors real estate represents a long term prospect for capital appreciation and regular income. Protecting that income in a difficult market is a particular challenge and one which we have met head-on with our investor clients.

We know our market including the key Irish urban centres, and key overseas markets such as London and Paris through our international offices and have the human resources and knowledge to manage the largest deals.

Our international network has an established reputation. We deal with inward investors, institutional investors and high net worth clients, including many sovereign wealth funds through our UK offices.

Real Estate Disputes, Insolvency and Restructuring

Our people are skilled in dealing with re-structuring of property arrangements to avoid disputes where possible and resolve those disputes which are unavoidable. We have assisted a large number of clients in distress arising from the challenging economic environment as well as asset managers and investors faced with income under pressure and rising vacancy.
