Our growing corporate department has built its reputation on a strong practice in corporate M&A and restructuring, investment management, fintechs and tax planning aspects of international holding and financing structures.
Our corporate team advises national and international companies, financial institutions, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, complex restructurings and financing/refinancing transactions.
As a result of the continuous increase in our activities, our corporate team is looking for an Senior associate (m/f/d) with a strong international focus and some initial professional experience to join our Luxembourg corporate team.
Skills and Experience:
- You have successfully passed your bar admissions in Luxembourg or you are eligible to be registered on List IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
- You have at least five years of professional experience gained in the corporate team of a top tier law firm or similar environment in Luxembourg.
- You have full command of English and French. Language skills in German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered a strong asset.
- You are a team player, organised, flexible, proactive and ambitious.
Your Mission:
- You will work on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, reorganisations, cross-border mergers, demergers, equity/debt restructurings and financing/refinancing transactions for national and international clients.
- You will also work on general corporate governance matters.
- You will work closely with the other practices of the firm and with the international offices.
- You will be in contact with clients and their advisors.
- You will supervise and coach the more junior member of the team.
