In particular we stand for clarity in discussions regarding fees and budgets. Where possible, we work on a fixed-fee basis. We always search for an innovative and effective pricing approach.

A good example is the multi-year contract between Tyco International and Eversheds Sutherland, which also applies in the Netherlands. Our approach here emphasizes transparency and in the last two years has realized a 27% reduction in legal costs, while the number of services delivered by Eversheds Sutherland projects has increased. This has led to a reduction of at least 60% in the number of legal procedures.
