Part of the Corporate law practice group, our Notarial Corporate Law team has specific expertise in the law of legal persons (establishment of private companies, public companies, European corporations, foundations, associations, cooperatives) and businesses without legal personality (such as partnerships or other associations of persons).

The team also covers areas relating to companies, such as share issues, takeovers, mergers and split-ups, reorganisations and restructuring. It is the first point of contact for those who need advice on issues such as business succession, estate planning and limitation of executive liability.
