Commercial, Corporate and M&A

The Commercial, Corporate and M&A Law department is led by two partners, both of whom have a wide experience of working in international law firms. They head a team which is highly regarded in the Spanish legal market and comprises lawyers with a range of experience who are supported by paralegals for less complex work.

Our team offers a complete service to clients regarding the planning and execution of M&A transactions, being able to adapt flexibly to the specifics of the transaction and the various players involved in the sale and purchase process (financial investors, public limited companies/ private limited companies, private equity firms, distressed companies, family businesses, etc.). In recent years the department has been involved in large, complex multi- jurisdictional transactions as well as domestic mid- market transactions. Our approach is practical, focused on achieving the objectives of our clients (whether they be purchaser, vendor, or management team) and on understanding their needs, from the initial design of the transaction to the ultimate integration of the acquired business.

In addition, thanks to its in-depth knowledge of the commercial legislation and relevant case law, this department provides ongoing support to clients on corporate matters and their contractual relationships with suppliers, service providers, distributors and customers.
