The Tax department at Eversheds Sutherland is experienced in all areas of business tax, with a particular emphasis on transactions with an international aspect. Our aim is to provide a clear picture of the tax implications of any corporate decision, weighing up the alternatives available and optimizing the incentives offered by the law in force.

The department works in a coordinated manner with the other specialist areas of the firm to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive advice when planning and implementing their transactions.

We have an international network of offices with whom we regularly work on cross-border projects, whether these relate to foreign investments in Spain or Spanish investments abroad.
