Ein Grund zur Freude: Erfolgreiche Vertretung der Slowakischen Republik in einem grossen Rechtsstreit gegen Interblue

    Am 23. Februar 2022 wurde das Urteil des Berufungsgerichts, welches das Urteil des Bezirksgerichts Bratislava im Verfahren mit dem angeblichen Rechtsnachfolger der Firma Interblue, bekannt aus dem sogenannten Emissionsfall, bestätigt, rechtskräftig. Die Klage gegen die Slowakische Republik in Höhe von ca. EUR 60 Mio. einschließlich Zinsen wurde vollständig /oder/ vollumfänglich abgewiesen.

    Die Anwaltskanzlei SOUKENÍK - ŠTRPKA führte das Verfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit Eversheds Sutherland, vertreten durch Oliver Beldi, der als Schweizer Rechtsexperte zu den komplexen gesellschafts- und vertragsrechtlichen Fragen Stellung nahm.
