Labor law session 2 – 2019

    Starting on 1st October, Olivier Dunant and Paul Michel will, together with other professionals, discuss various employment-related topics.

    The course series is hosted by the Fédération des Entreprises Romandes (FER) in Geneva and offers participants the opportunity to gain specific and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, international social security aspects and business immigration. The course will follow a practical approach and discuss case studies as well as recent case law rendered by Swiss courts. This course is open to all interested persons and prior legal knowledge is not required.

    The course consists of five modules, each starting at 8.30 a.m. and ending at 12.00 noon. Participants may attend the whole course series or only one or more of the modules.
