Labor law session 1 – 2020

    Starting on 10 March, Olivier Dunant and Paul Michel will, together with other professionals, discuss various employment-related topics.

    The course series is hosted by the Fédération des Entreprises Romandes (FER) in Geneva. The participants will have the opportunity to discuss topics like the payment of the salary in case of sickness or accident, data protection and transfer of information abroad, the employee’s and employer’s obligations, wrongful termination as well as how to obtain a work permit.

    The course consists of five modules, each starting at 8.30 a.m. and ending at 12.00 noon. Participants may attend the whole course series or only one or more of the modules.
