COVID-19: Support for businesses in Geneva

In response to the recent developments of the pandemic, the canton of Geneva provides state aid for:
- Restaurants
- Cabarets
- Retail stores
- Businesses with obligation to close on 1.11.2020
- Hotels
- Travel agents
- Souvenirs
- Commercial activities at the airport
- Transport companies (transportation of persons)
And for all affected businesses:
- Partial or total exemption for the payment of commercial rent in November and December 2020
- Partial unemployment (short time work)
- Financial aid for self employed
- Financial assistance for executives
- Interest-free loans.
