On January 21, the national newspaper Tages-Anzeiger has published Eversheds Sutherland’s article written by Alexander Schütz and Dr Michael Mosimann on “What startups need to keep in mind in financing rounds”.
The start-up scene in Switzerland is booming and the number of financing rounds is increasing accordingly. Young entrepreneurs are well advised not to be guided too much by the well-known reality TV shows.
