Soft Law in liability law

    The close link between liability law, social insurance law and private insurance law leads to challenging legal issues and complex case constellations. These legal issues are subject of the book “Mehrspuriger Schadenausgleich”, published by DIKE 2022. Barbara Klett and Dominique Müller address in their contribution the issue of soft law in liability law. They present the importance of soft law and show its role in various areas of liability law.
