The transitional law of the revised ICA with a focus on provisions with an impact on third parties

Following the entry into effect of the partially revised Insurance Contract Act (ICA) on 1 January 2022, Barbara Klett and Jelica Kuzmanovic devote the first volume of HAVE 01/2022 to the transitional law of the revised ICA with a special focus on the legal terms that have an impact on third parties. The raised issue is of considerable practical importance and, given that it is debated in the doctrine, will be likely to be addressed in the case law of Swiss courts.
