The 18th edition of the yearbook series "Wirtschaftsrecht Schweiz – EU" (EU-Switzerland Business Law) with a contribution by René Schreiber documents the current developments in central areas of EU business law and their significance for Switzerland. Various areas of law relevant to business are covered, including capital markets law, intellectual property law, labor law, tax law and competition law.

The target audience of this yearbook includes corporate, business and administrative lawyers, as well as judges and other lawyers, and offers them a compact overview of the most important legislative proposals, new legal acts and judgments handed down in the past year 2022.
