We seek to help clients minimise litigation and regulatory risk wherever possible, whilst deploying an experienced team to fight their corner when problems arise.

We are called upon by our clients to handle high value strategic disputes and to manage their litigation risk. We also manage engagement with regulatory and prosecuting authorities, build compliance programmes and run internal investigations.

Our recent experience includes global asset tracing on behalf of systemically important insolvent financial institutions; advising on all the major benchmark inquiries; investigating bribery and corruption issues in Africa; carrying out a global OFAC review for a major financial institution and advising on an industry wide review of interest rate swap mis-selling.
