Public Procurement
Procurement projects are becoming progressively more complex, interdisciplinary and simultaneously affect technical, legal and organisational issues. Furthermore, the tight schedule in procurement projects is increasingly driven by cost pressure and a relatively small number of suppliers available.
In order to ensure long-term success for your project, we will clarify all relevant questions relating to procurement in advance. In addition, we will secure your future success by managing the procurement after accepting a bid.
Our experts will optimise your contract management by providing reasonable resource management throughout the complete project cycle. Hence, we particularly support you in the following tasks:
- Legal project monitoring, in particular, counselling on local, cantonal, federal and European levels
- Clarification of queries relating to procurement law such as submission law subordination, tendering procedure, etc.
- Legal certainty in the preparation of tender documents
- Document editing and advice on contract negotiations
- Handling of complaint processes in relation to matters of submission law
