By rail: Underground
The nearest underground station is St Paul's (Central Line), which is within five minutes' walk (exit via Cheapside). For visitors who require step-free access the nearest underground station is Bank.
By air: London's Airports
Gatwick - Thameslink train to City Thameslink.
Heathrow - Piccadilly line to Hammersmith; then District line to Mansion House (may take up to 1.5 hours). Alternatively take the Heathrow Express to Paddington and change there onto the Circle Line to Barbican.
London City - Docklands Light Railway to Bank.
Luton - Thameslink train to City Thameslink.
Stansted - Stansted Express train to Liverpool Street (20 minutes' walk away).
Visitors' parking
There is no car park at One Wood Street, however there are a number of nearby car parks situated on Queen Victoria Street, London EC4V 4BQ, on Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HR or near Cannon Street station. There is a parking space for disabled badge holders on Gutter Lane - see the section detail on the PDF map. The pay and display bays close by do not allow any concessions to Blue Badge holders.
Building accessibility
One Wood Street complies with the Disability Discrimination Act, ensuring everyone has equal access to the building. This includes the provision of induction loops within the auditorium and reception areas, for those who use hearing aids with a T setting. Portable induction loops are available from reception for meeting rooms. We can also support our visitors by producing documents in large text or Braille, or by providing a bowl of water for an assistance dog.
