Legal advice for the real estate sector – residential
We are residential development legal team with 40 years' real estate experience. Our team has over 40 real estate lawyers who act for the main housebuilders.
We regularly advise on site acquisition and disposal work including conditional contracts, overage, strategic land options and collaboration agreements. We are experienced in acting for developer consortia and landowners on large scale mixed use developments and regeneration projects.
Our depth of resource and legal experience across the real estate sector sets us apart from the competition. We work seamlessly with our specialist planning, tax, environmental and construction teams to provide you with support and advice through different stages of a transaction as and when you need it.
We understand your business
Our experience in acting for the top 10 and many other housebuilders and landowners over a number of years means we can provide you with commercial acumen as well as sound legal advice. If you choose, we can advise you at heads of terms stage to work with you in getting the deal you want, rather than the deal a third party might offer.
We offer in-depth practical experience, creative solutions to challenges and a fee model that delivers transparency.
