Security
We recognise the primary role of a pension scheme and its trustees is to secure the benefits promised to the members. All our skill and experience is brought to bear on this key function. We provide assurance by ensuring that the right questions have been asked and the right procedures followed.
We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority and are backed by the resources and infrastructure of Eversheds Sutherland. In addition, we are a member of the Association of Corporate Trustees and adhere to its code of practice. We seek to maintain good relations with The Pensions Regulator which appointed us to the £3billion GEC 1972 fund.
Listen to different views
We recognise that different stakeholders have different viewpoints and different skills to bring to the trustee board. We facilitate open, structured dialogue to ensure that all parties can express their opinions and understand each other’s needs.
Proven project management
We bring to you our proven project management skills. We ensure that the right people perform the right tasks at the right time and the right cost.
Risk management and governance
We will share with you our experience of risk and governance of defined contribution, defined benefit and contract based schemes, working with you to ensure your pension risks and responsibilities are effectively managed.
Cost predictability
We use detailed scoping and tailored services so that our clients are completely clear on what we will do, when and at what cost. We are experienced and effective in getting the best out of the suppliers of services to pension schemes.
A better service experience with clear straightforward advice
To be measurably better than our competition we need to consistently exceed our clients’ expectations. This means being easy to deal with, accessible, communicating effectively, challenging when necessary and making sensible, considered and informed decisions.
