Branding and trademarks

We are one of only a very small number of full service law firms able to offer a fully integrated global trade mark and design filing service. This complements our branding expertise in advising clients on their IP licensing, protection and enforcement strategies, managing trade mark disputes and negotiating co-existence terms.

By offering a full range of branding services in-house, Eversheds Sutherland provides a ‘one stop shop' for all our clients' IP management needs. Clients requiring trade mark filing and searching services do not have to instruct separate firms of lawyers and trade mark agents to deal with their portfolios or to allow their lawyers to instruct external agents on their behalf, leading to unnecessary cost and delay.
