Establishing corporate foundations - Experience and cost-effective legal support

How we can help

Eversheds Sutherland has the right experience to advise corporates and individuals on establishing corporate foundations. Our Third Sector Services team can add real value with their significant experience of working in the charity and not-for-profit sector as well as advising corporates on their corporate responsibility programmes including grant giving and charitable giving programmes.

On a day-to-day basis we advise charities of all legal forms and ensure that they meet their obligations. We regularly advise on compliance with charity law issues including those set out in the Charities Act 2011. Our lawyers are in regular contact with the Charity Commission and seek consents and orders from the Commission when required.
