We have considerable experience in advising clients across all sectors in relation to criminal investigations and prosecutions brought by regulators - including the Health and Safety Executive, Local Authorities and the police – following serious and fatal workplace accidents.

We are experienced in advising on how to challenge improvement notices and prohibition notices through to dealing with the pressures on an ongoing regulatory investigation / prosecution, including at a Coroner’s Court Inquest, the interview under caution stage and at the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court.
