Eversheds Sutherland A-Z pensions law handbook

Our 2019/20 A-Z pensions law handbook is a plain English guide to the many terms used in the pensions industry. This latest edition is updated to 1 February 2019 (though we have taken account of later developments where possible) and includes a range of pensions investment terms.

As a reflection of our growing focus on global pensions issues, we have also expanded the handbook to include a selection of terminology from our colleagues in Austria, Belgium, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland and the US.

This handbook contains:

  • A-Z of UK pensions terminology
  • terminology from global jurisdictions
